  • Currently we only ship to the lower 48 contiguous U.S. States, we DO NOT ship to APO, FPO Address,Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands.
  • Shipping Day are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

  • We do not offer in store pick-up and return service .

  • The shipment usually takes 2-5 business days(Saturday and Sunday excluded), if you need the item urgently, please contact us for detail before purchase.

Returns & Claims

Replacement/Exchange

We accept exchange/replace item within 14 days when customer receive merchandise.

We will process RMA within 2-7 days when we receive the item back. We exchange/replace/refund item if only item is in same condition as when we shipped out. No exception.

In the unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong item, we will refund your entire purchase and shipping in both directions. Please contact us immediately for instructions.

We will process all damage claims with the carrier and may request that you return the item. Please retain original shipping containers and notify us immediately if you suspect damage in shipment.

Damage can occur due to careless handling of sensitive electronics; and for that reason, we can not accept the return of items where the factory seal is broken or the item has been installed.
